Dreamin' n Catchin' - The Presentation

Mini-Company

Today we all had to present our mini company products to everyone. We went straight to the hall in the morning. We then all began to set up our stands. Each group used two tables to display their products on. We decorated our table with a pretty table cloth. Then we stuck up a sign saying "Dreamin' n Catchin' " behind us. We stuck a dreamcatcher at each top corner of the poster. Then we decorated our stand. To do this, we scattered feathers, beads, balls of wool, embroidery threads, and metal hoops over the desk - This was to show the judges what materials we used when making the dreamcatchers. We then hung four dreamcatchers on the front of our stand - One at each corner and two in the middle of the stand. Then we placed our report folder in the middle of the desk (Great creativity, I know).

We then sat down and waited patiently for the judges to come around to us and to inspect our stand. They seemed impressed with our presentation (jk not, Ms Leahy, one of the judges, thought that a few of the scattered feathers were dreamcatchers haaaa).

When both of the judges were finishing inspecting everyone's stands, we all had to sit and listen as each group went up individually and gave the judges an overall report of their mini company. Me and Wildcat were dreading going up, as was Chloe PAPER Quinn, but once you got up there it wasn't too bad and it was over quickly enough. We sat for ages listening to other groups then we got to have lunch.

After lunch, we had to go back to listen to the results. There were 3 awards given to different and 2 groups got to go through to the next round in Naas. iProtect and Bam Beauty got through. Not us. Yipee.
